How are you analyzing the current developing political situation of Nepal?

The present political situation of the country is extraordinary. This is the common understanding among the political parties of the country because the proletarian class, bourgeois class, the old feudal class and the foreign powers are agreed on this common point.

However, there is difference of opinion about the causes behind the creation of the serious and extraordinary situation of the country. Nepali Congress, UML and some of the foreign powers are trying to analyze that the reason behind the present crisis is UCPN-Maoist. This is a false analysis.

The crisis has two reasons behind it. One of them is the complexity of the politics itself of Nepal.  It is the understanding and co-work of the two opposite classes in Nepal. The issue of drafting a new constitution on the agreement of the different political parties that have their own difference of opinion is really a complex one. The integration of the two armies together for building national army is a complex issue. The main issue of the restructuring of the state has been analyzed from the different perspectives among the political parties according to their different ideologies. It is an obvious and natural objective crisis of Nepal in the transition period.

However, the other reason of the complexity is that the present politics of Nepal is being pushed into crisis in an artificial way. The regressive element and mainly the present status quo elements, in the government and backing by the foreign powers, are the main reason to create the crisis artificially. The puppets of the foreign powers, remnants of the feudalism and the subservient pimps are really in the crisis. They want to be out of the crisis and they are propagating falsely. They want to push the crisis into a ditch instead of carrying it into a logical conclusion.

Has UCPN-Maoist any plan to solve there different interpretations of the same crisis together?

The objective and obvious crisis should be solved through the new unity of the Nepalese people. And, we should expose the artificially created crisis and we should  protest against it because the puppets and the regressive- status quo are intentionally by pushing the nation and the people into a serious crisis.

Are there any foundations deft to make a new agreement among the political parties because the parties rejected to elect the UCPN-Maoist in the post of chairman of the Constitutional Committee?

The behave of the puppet government and the political parties like Nepali Congress and UML is not acceptable and digestible to the people. UCPN-Maoist party itself is not satisfied with this behaviour. The decision no involve UCPN-Maoist anywhere in the key post of the state power is to overturn the decisions already taken by the government of UCPN-Maoist. Irrational decisions are taken by the UML and Nepali congress to overturn the decisions of UCPN-Maoist government and it has pushed Maoist party aside from the process of drafting a new constitution. It has made the situation more complex. However, the workers, peasants, intellectuals, women. Students and the patriotic people and powers are being united and are fighting against the irrational reign of the puppet government and its aligned parties.

What is the hidden meaning behind the expression of the Indian ruling class on the issue of the integration of army?

This is the version to break peace process. This is the version against the aspiration of the Nepalese people for peace. This is the conspiracy against ongoing peace process, success of the people and their victory. This is not acceptable to us.

How will you handle the struggle against it?

\'Right to rebel\' or \'rebel for right\' is the democratic right of the people. This right always belongs to the people and they can use it in any right time. The behave of the puppet government and readiness of the people for struggle shows that the struggle should be launched in right tine. We should expose all these conspiracies on right time. People always have that right.
